At Bellara, we stand behind the quality of our natural skincare products and want you to feel confident and cared for with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll happily replace the item or offer a store credit where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are offered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order was damaged in transit
- You did not receive your order due to a confirmed delivery issue
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Return Address
If a return is required, we will provide the return address via email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
