At Bellara, we do our best to process and deliver your natural skincare essentials quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details when your package is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Free shipping thresholds and express options will appear automatically if applicable.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

Packaging

We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials to protect your products and the planet. All orders are hand-packed with care.
